Application:
The choke manifold is an indispensable device for successfully managing well kick events and executing pressure control techniques during oil and gas drilling operations. This essential tool is vital for implementing new drilling-well techniques with balanced pressure. By preventing layer pollution, enhancing drilling speed, and effectively controlling blowouts, it ensures reliable and efficient drilling processes. The device seamlessly connects to the side flange of the BOP spool, and when the BOP is closed, it regulates finite pressure from the casing by adjusting the choke valve's opening, allowing balanced drilling to proceed under minimal pressure differences.
Assembly & Structure:
The choke manifold is composed of crucial components including the choke valve, gate valve, pipeline, various fittings, and a pressure gauge, all working in harmony to ensure optimal performance.
Working Principle:
When the well pressure rises, the fluid within the well is released by adjusting the choke valve opening, / closing in the choke manifold to expertly manage casing pressure. In cases of exceptionally high casing pressure, the fluid can be directly expelled through the gate valve, ensuring controlled pressure handling.
Specification:
The pressure levels are categorized into five distinct tiers: 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi, and 15000psi. Our design is flexible and can be tailored to meet specific client requirements, ensuring the perfect fit for your operational needs.
