Hose Structure:
(a) Lining Layer: Crafted from black polymer synthetic rubber, this lining is both wear-resistant and acid-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance in harsh conditions.
(b) Lining Wear Warning Layer: A white, wear-resistant rubber layer acts as an early warning system for wear, helping to preemptively address maintenance needs.
(c) Pressure-Bearing Skeleton Layer: Engineered with high-strength steel wire rope, this layer provides robust structural integrity to withstand extreme pressures.
(d) Fire-Retardant Layer: Utilizing glass fiber, this layer offers superior fire-retardant properties, ensuring safety in high-temperature environments.

(h) End Joint: Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, our end joints come in various forms including flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, and Grayloc Hub, ensuring firm and secure connections.
