High Pressure Steel Wire Braided Hose
Product Structure
Our braid hose is meticulously engineered with a core inner tube crafted from liquid-resistant synthetic rubber. This is enveloped by a robust middle rubber layer, reinforced with one or two layers of steel wire braiding. The outermost layer is a premium synthetic rubber cover that boasts exceptional weather resistance, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
Application
This wire-reinforcement hydraulic hose is a versatile powerhouse, predominantly employed in the rigorous demands of mine hydraulic support and oil exploration. Furthermore, it caters to a wide array of applications, including engineering construction, crane transport, metallurgy forging, mining equipment, marine vessels, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, and various machine tools. It's the ideal solution for transporting hydraulic fluids in industrial mechanization and automated hydraulic systems. Notably, it efficiently handles a spectrum of fluids including petroleum-based (mineral oils, fuels, lubrication) and water-based fluids (emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), as well as air and other fluids, all operating under specified pressures and temperatures.
