Product Structure
Our sophisticated braid hose design features a robust inner tube made from liquid-resistant synthetic rubber. This is encased by a middle rubber layer and reinforced with either one or two sturdy braid wire layers for added strength. The exterior is completed with a superior quality, weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover, ensuring long-lasting resilience.
Application
The wire reinforcement hydraulic hose is a versatile powerhouse, primarily utilized for mine hydraulic support and oil exploration. It is also indispensable in engineering construction, crane transport, forging, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, injection molding, agricultural machinery, and various machine tool operations. This hose is specially designed to transport hydraulic fluids across industrial sectors, accommodating petroleum-based fluids, such as mineral oils and fuels under specified pressures and temperatures, as well as water-based and air fluids.
