Product Use
Application: Our state-of-the-art fracturing hose is expertly designed for quick and efficient connections between fracturing wellheads and diversion skids, as well as between fracturing trucks and high/low-pressure manifolds. It ensures the seamless injection of fluids containing acid or fracturing sand into wells at high flow rates, facilitating the cracking of oil layer rocks. This process results in the creation of fractures that remain open, thereby enhancing the oil flow environment for prolonged periods.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Featuring a robust lining layer made from black polymer synthetic rubber, this ensures wear resistance and provides an exceptional barrier against acidic substances.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: Incorporated with a white wear-resistant rubber layer, it acts as an early detection system for lining wear, ensuring timely maintenance.
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Constructed with high-strength steel wire rope, this layer provides unparalleled pressure resistance, ensuring durability and stability.
(d) Fire-retardant layer: Using glass fiber, this layer offers superior fire resistance, adding an essential safety element to the hose's construction.
(e) Outer wear warning layer: The outer layer utilizes red wear-resistant rubber, visually alerting to wear, thereby enhancing maintenance schedules.
(f) Outer protective layer: Featuring chloroprene rubber, this outer layer offers protection against flames, wear, oil, ozone, and UV rays, ensuring comprehensive durability.
(g) Protective sheath: Customizable according to customer requirements, the protective sheath can be armored with options like stainless steel armor or plastic spiral sheath, ensuring tailored protection.
(h) End joint: Crafted from high-strength alloy steel, available in various connection forms such as flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, and Grayloc Hub, offering versatility and reliability.
•Transporting medium: Capable of efficiently transporting various mediums including fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, and liquid carbon dioxide.
• Temperature range: Designed to operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -30ºC to 100ºC, making it versatile for various environments.
