Product Structure
The braid hose boasts an exceptional structure featuring an inner tube crafted from liquid-resistant synthetic rubber, encompassed by a middle rubber layer. This is further reinforced with one or two layers of braided wire, topped with a superior weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover, ensuring unmatched durability and performance.
Application
Our wire reinforcement hydraulic hoses are engineered for excellence, primarily applied in mine hydraulic supports and oil exploration. They prove indispensable in engineering construction, crane transport, forging metallurgy, mining equipment, shipbuilding, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, and various machine tools. Moreover, they are crucial for transporting hydraulic fluids in industrial automation and mechanized systems. Capable of handling petroleum-based fluids under specific pressures and temperatures, such as mineral oils and lubricants, water-based fluids like emulsions, and even air, these hoses offer unparalleled versatility.
