Product Structure
Product structure consists of an inner tube, middle rubber layer, two,four or six spiral wirereinforcements and cover. inner tube is to transmit liquid pressure and protect steel wire againstcorrosion while cover is to protects wire against damage.Wire layer (y0.3~2.0 reinforcement) is thestructure materials that providing reinforcement.Application
High pressure wire reinforcement hydraulic hose mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oilexploration, suitable to engineer construction,crane transport, forging metallurgy, miningequipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machinetools,and carry hydraulic fluids for industry department mechanization and automatic hydraulicsystems,including petroleum-based fluids which under specific pressure and temperature (e.gmineral oil, soluble oil, mineral oils, fuels, lubrication) , water-based fluids (e.g. emulsion, oil-wateremulsion, water),air and fluids, in industry department mechanization and automatic hydraulicsystems. Its highest operating pressure could attain 70-120 MPa.
