Moreover, it excels in safely transporting acidic mediums with unmatched ease and reliability.
• Implementation standard: Adheres to the stringent API Spec 16C, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and performance.
• Hose structure: Crafted with state-of-the-art technology, the hose includes a high-tech inner sealing layer made of premium engineering plastics. It features a resilient inner rubber sealing layer composed of synthetic rubber, mainly hydrogenated nitrile rubber, which provides superior resistance to hydrogen sulfide, corrosive oils, high temperatures, and gas infiltration. The hose is fortified with a robust high-strength fabric cloth functioning as both the inner buffer and outer protective layer. Its pressure-bearing framework is built with high-strength steel wire rope, and it incorporates an advanced flame retardant insulation layer made of glass fiber cloth for enhanced safety. The outer protective layer is constructed from synthetic rubber, primarily chloroprene rubber, offering flame resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, ozone aging resistance, and UV protection, making it ideal for marine conditions.
