High Pressure API 7K Vibration Hose Mud Pump Rotary Drilling Hose (Integral)
Application: This versatile hose excels as a flexible link between the upper end of the riser and the top drive or rotating device. It also connects the pump to the lower end of the riser, perfectly suited for drilling and well repair operations. Designed for the arduous task of pumping mud at high pressure, it is an essential component in oil drilling and exploration activities.
Inner Layer: Crafted from top-notch NR&SBR synthetic rubber, HNBR, UPE, or PTFE, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
Inner Diameter Type: Designed for full flow, guaranteeing seamless and uninterrupted operation.
Reinforcement Layer: Engineered with 2-6 layers of high-strength, ultra-flexible steel wire or wire rope, providing unmatched resilience and endurance.
Outer Layer: Constructed with wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, ensuring longevity even in harsh conditions.
Temperature Range: Capable of withstanding temperatures from -20ºC to +121ºC (-4ºF to +250ºF), making it highly versatile for various environments.
