In events where formation fluid unexpectedly surges into the wellbore, manifesting as a well kick during drilling, this robust hose is vital to applying precise back pressure to combat the influx; 3. Additionally, it is adept at handling the transportation of acidic mediums with ease and safety.
• Implementation standard: Complies with the rigorous API Spec 16C, ensuring top-tier standards of safety and performance.
• Hose structure: Engineered with cutting-edge technology, the hose features a high-tech inner sealing layer crafted from specialized engineering plastics. It boasts a durable inner rubber sealing layer made from synthetic rubber, predominantly hydrogenated nitrile rubber, offering exceptional resistance to hydrogen sulfide, corrosive oils, high temperatures, and gas permeation. The hose is reinforced with a robust high-strength fabric cloth serving as both the inner buffer and outer protective layer. Its pressure-bearing skeleton is constructed with high-strength steel wire rope, while a sophisticated flame retardant insulation layer of glass fiber cloth offers added safety. The outer protective layer is made from synthetic rubber, primarily chloroprene rubber, providing flame retardance, wear resistance, oil resistance, ozone aging resistance, and UV protection, making it perfectly suited for marine environments.
• The hose has successfully passed the stringent performance identification test outlined in API 16C standard clause B12, attesting to its superior quality and reliability.
• The hose is versatile and can be customized with an electric heating feature upon request, catering to specific operational requirements.
• The external protection of the hose can be tailored to customer preferences with options such as stainless steel armor, stainless steel wire, or a polyethylene spiral sheath, offering unrivaled durability and protection.
