Product Uses
• Applications: API 16C throttle and well-killing pipeline is an important component of the ground and underwater throttle and well-killing system, and is an important component of drilling blowout prevention control equipment. 1. When normal circulation through the drill string cannot be used during drilling, the throttle and well-killing pipeline is used to pump fluid into the wellbore; 2. When the circulated formation fluid flows into the wellbore to form a well kick during drilling, the throttle and well-killing hose is used to apply back pressure to the formation; 3. Acidic medium transportation.

• Implementation standard: API Spec 16C

• Hose structure: Special engineering plastics are used as the inner sealing layer; synthetic rubber with hydrogenated nitrile rubber as the main body, which is resistant to hydrogen sulfide, oil, corrosion, high temperature and gas permeation, is used as the inner rubber sealing layer; high-strength fabric cloth is used as the inner buffer layer and outer protective layer; high-strength steel wire rope is used as the pressure-bearing skeleton material; glass fiber cloth is used as the flame retardant insulation layer; synthetic rubber with chloroprene rubber as the main body, which is flame retardant, wear resistant, oil resistant, ozone aging resistant, UV resistant and suitable for marine environment, is used as the outer protective layer

• The hose has passed the performance identification test of API 16C standard clause B12.

• The external protection of the hose can be armored with stainless steel armor, stainless steel wire, polyethylene spiral sheath, etc. according to customer requirements
