Product Use
Application: The Fracturing Hose is ingeniously designed for rapid and efficient connection between the fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as the fracturing truck and high-and-low pressure manifold. It facilitates the high-flow injection of fluids containing acid or fracturing sand into the well, thereby inducing rock fractures in the oil layer. This process effectively supports the formation of persistent cracks, enhancing the oil flow environment for sustained production.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Engineered with black polymer synthetic rubber, this lining layer offers exceptional wear resistance and acid resistance;
(b) Lining wear warning layer: Featuring a layer of white wear-resistant rubber, it acts as a proactive lining wear warning system;
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Constructed using high-strength steel wire rope, it serves as a robust pressure-bearing skeleton;
(d) Fire-retardant layer: The integration of glass fiber ensures a reliable fire-retardant layer;
(e) Outer wear warning layer: Made of red wear-resistant rubber, it functions as an outer wear warning layer;
(f) Outer protective layer: This versatile layer of chloroprene rubber offers flame-retardant, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, ozone-resistant, and UV-resistant protection;
(g) Protective sheath: For added external protection, options include stainless steel armor or a plastic spiral sheath, customizable to client requirements;
(h) End joint: Crafted from high-strength alloy steel, the end connection offers versatile forms including flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, Grayloc Hub, etc.

•Transporting medium: Expertly designed to handle media such as fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, and liquid carbon dioxide, among others.
• Temperature range: Suitable for environments ranging from -30ºC to 100ºC.
