Uniquely engineered check valves ensure that while essential kill fluids or other vital substances are allowed to flow into the wellbore, any potential backflow is entirely prevented, ensuring optimal operation of the kill or related processes.

Structure:

The kill manifold is a sophisticated assembly comprising check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges, and connecting pipelines. One terminus of the manifold is adeptly linked to the drilling spool, while the opposite terminus interfaces with the pump, creating a seamless flow system. Both the kill and choke manifolds are meticulously crafted to meet the stringent standards of API 16C, offering versatility in their joint use. These manifolds are available in various pressure ratings, including 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, and an impressive 70MPa, catering to a wide range of operational needs.
