Product Use
Application: This robust fracturing hose is essential for the seamless and rapid connection between fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as the fracturing truck and high and low-pressure manifold. It is specifically designed for the efficient injection of fluid containing acid or fracturing sand into the well at a high flow rate. This process induces fractures in the oil layer rock, facilitating crack formation and maintenance in an open state, thereby significantly enhancing the oil flow environment for prolonged periods.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Constructed with black polymer synthetic rubber, this layer is engineered to be wear-resistant and acid-resistant, ensuring longevity and reliability.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: A white wear-resistant rubber layer acts as an early warning system for lining wear, safeguarding against unexpected failures.
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Reinforced with high-strength steel wire rope, this skeleton layer is crucial for withstanding high pressures, ensuring operational safety and endurance.
(d) Fire-retardant layer: Engineered with glass fiber, this layer provides essential fire-retardant properties, enhancing safety in high-risk environments.
(e) Outer wear warning layer: The red wear-resistant rubber layer serves as a vital warning system against external wear, prolonging hose longevity.
(f) Outer protective layer: Made from chloroprene rubber, this protective layer is flame-retardant, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, and offers excellent resistance to ozone and UV exposure, ensuring comprehensive protection and extended service life.
(g) Protective sheath: For added durability, the external protection can be customized with stainless steel armor or a plastic spiral sheath, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
(h) End joint: Crafted from high-strength alloy steel, the end joint options include flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, and Grayloc Hub, providing versatile connection solutions to suit diverse operational needs.
• Transporting medium: Capable of handling a variety of media including fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, and liquid carbon dioxide.
• Temperature range: Built to perform seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -30ºC to 100ºC.
