Application: Our high-performance fracturing hose serves as a rapid connection between the fracturing wellhead and the diversion skid, effectively linking fracturing trucks with both high and low pressure manifolds. It is specifically engineered to inject fluids, including acid and fracturing sands, at high flow rates into the well, strategically fracturing the oil-bearing rock layers to create productive cracks. Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: This inner lining is crafted from black polymer synthetic rubber, designed to withstand wear and acid, ensuring durability and longevity.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: To signal wear, a white wear-resistant rubber layer is incorporated, providing early detection for maintenance.
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: The core structure features high-strength steel wire ropes, ensuring robust pressure management.
(d) Fire-retardant layer: Glass fiber is utilized to construct the fire-retardant layer, enhancing safety and resilience under high-temperature conditions.
(e) Outer wear warning layer: Crafted from red wear-resistant rubber, this layer offers visual alerts for external wear conditions.
(f) Outer protective layer: The outermost layer uses chloroprene rubber, providing extensive protection against flame, wear, oil, ozone, and UV rays.
(g) Protective sheath: The hose's external protection can be customized with stainless steel armor or plastic spiral sheaths, tailored to customer specifications for enhanced safety.
(h) End joint: Made from high-strength alloy steel, the end joints offer versatile connection options such as flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, and Grayloc Hub, ensuring secure and adaptable installations.
