Premium Acidizing Hose for Enhanced Oil Extraction Efficiency
Application: Ensure seamless and flexible connections between the riser and top drive or rotating devices, as well as between the pump and riser base during drilling and well repair. This hose is ideal for high-pressure mud pumping in oil drilling and exploration, providing robust support under challenging conditions.
Inner layer: Constructed from NR&SBR synthetic rubber, HNBR, UPE, or PTFE for optimal performance and durability.
Inner diameter type: Full flow design for maximum efficiency and minimal resistance.
Reinforcement layer: Constructed with 2 to 6 layers of high-strength, ultra-flexible steel wire or wire rope, ensuring unparalleled durability and flexibility.
Outer layer: Features wear-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, providing long-lasting protection and resilience.
Temperature range: Capable of withstanding temperatures from -20ºC to +121ºC (-4ºF to +250ºF), making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
