Product Use
Application: The fracturing hose is ingeniously designed for swift and secure connection between the fracturing wellhead and the diversion skid, as well as between the fracturing truck and high or low-pressure manifolds. It facilitates the swift injection of fluids containing acids or fracturing sands into the well. This high-volume flow results in the strategic breaking of oil layer rocks to create beneficial cracks, which are maintained open to significantly enhance the oil flow environment over time.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Crafted from black polymer synthetic rubber, this lining layer is both wear-resistant and acid-resistant, ensuring durability and resilience.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: A layer of white wear-resistant rubber serves as an early warning system for wear on the lining, enhancing safety and maintenance.
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Constructed with high-strength steel wire rope, this layer provides robust pressure-bearing capacity.
(d) Fire-retardant layer: The fire-retardant properties are ensured by using glass fiber, offering a critical safety feature.
(e) Outer wear warning layer: This layer uses red wear-resistant rubber as an outer warning system against wear, contributing to long-term maintenance.
(f) Outer protective layer: Formulated with chloroprene rubber, this outer layer is designed for flame-resistance, wear-resistance, oil-resistance, ozone-resistance, and UV-resistance, offering comprehensive protection.
(g) Protective sheath: The hose's external protection can be customized with stainless steel armor or plastic spiral sheaths, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
(h) End joint: Utilizing high-strength alloy steel, the end connection options include flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, Grayloc Hub, and more, assuring firm and versatile connectivity.
• Transporting medium: Suitable for transporting fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, liquid carbon dioxide, and other aggressive substances.
• Temperature range: Capable of operating under temperatures ranging from -30ºC to 100ºC, showcasing its versatility in diverse environments.
