Product Use
Application: The fracturing hose is ingeniously designed for the swift connection between the fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as between the fracturing truck and high/low pressure manifold. It expertly channels fluid, which may contain acid or fracturing sand, into the well at a remarkable flow rate, inducing the oil layer rock to fracture and form vital cracks. These cracks are effectively kept open to significantly enhance the oil flow environment over an extended period, thus optimizing efficiency in oil extraction.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Constructed from black polymer synthetic rubber, this layer provides exceptional wear and acid resistance, ensuring durability under harsh conditions.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: This is made with white wear-resistant rubber, serving as an early alert system to indicate lining wear, enhancing safety and maintenance scheduling.
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Engineered with high-strength steel wire rope, this layer is the backbone of the hose, offering unmatched pressure-bearing capability.
(d) Fire-retardant layer: Employing glass fiber, this layer is dedicated to fire-retardance, providing an added layer of security against fire hazards.
